PhishEye is operated by Paramount Provisions LLC. This policy describes how we handle your information when you use the PhishEye iOS application, Safari Web Extension, and related services.
PhishEye is designed with privacy at its core. We collect the minimum information necessary to protect you from phishing threats:
URL data sent to our API is used solely to determine whether a webpage is a phishing attempt. Analysis results are returned to your device immediately. We do not log, store, or retain the URLs you visit.
All communication between the app and our API uses HTTPS encryption. Our backend is hosted on Google Cloud (Firebase Cloud Functions) with enterprise-grade security.
PhishEye is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

These Terms govern your use of the PhishEye application and services provided by Paramount Provisions LLC.
By downloading, installing, or using PhishEye, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
PhishEye is a phishing detection tool that analyzes URLs for indicators of fraud. The app includes a Safari Web Extension, SMS message filtering, and a Share Extension.
While PhishEye uses multiple analysis techniques to detect phishing, no security tool can guarantee 100% protection. PhishEye is provided as a supplementary security layer. Always exercise caution when sharing personal information online.
PhishEye may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paramount Provisions LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of PhishEye, including data loss, financial loss, or security breaches that occur despite using the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PhishEye at any time for violation of these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Get help with PhishEye setup and troubleshooting.
Go to Settings → Safari → Extensions → PhishEye → Turn On. Then tap "All Websites" and select "Allow" so PhishEye can protect you on every page.
Go to Settings → Messages → Unknown & Spam → tap PhishEye to enable it.
Make sure "All Websites" is set to "Allow" in Settings → Safari → Extensions → PhishEye. If it's set to "Ask", the extension won't run automatically.
URLs are analyzed in real time and never stored. Threat logs stay locally on your device. We don't track your browsing or sell your data.
