PhishEye is operated by Paramount Provisions LLC. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the PhishEye iOS app, Safari content blockers, Safari web extension, optional System-Wide DNS / local VPN protection, SMS filter, and Share extension.
Information We Process
- Page URLs (Safari web extension): When enabled, the URL of the page being loaded may be sent to our analysis API to check for scam / phishing indicators. URLs are analyzed in real time and are not retained as a browsing history.
- Shared links (Share extension): Links you explicitly share to PhishEye are scanned the same way.
- DNS queries (optional System-Wide Protection): If you enable System-Wide DNS or the PhishEye local VPN, domain name lookups from apps on your device (including Chrome) are resolved through an encrypted DNS-over-HTTPS service operated by AdGuard (
dns.adguard-dns.com) so ad, tracker, and known-bad domains can be blocked. Those DNS queries leave your device and are subject to AdGuard’s privacy practices. PhishEye does not operate a remote VPN server and does not receive the contents of your web traffic. - SMS filter (Pro): Message filtering runs on your device. Message text and extracted URLs are not sent to our servers by the SMS filter.
- Threat log (local only): Detected threats can be stored locally on your device. This log does not leave your device unless you choose to share it.
- Optional account: If you sign in with Apple or Google, we may store the email address associated with that account so Pro features can sync. Sign-in is optional for free features.
- Purchases: Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use Apple’s StoreKit APIs; we do not use RevenueCat.
Information We Do Not Collect
- Browsing history as a product feature
- Location data
- Advertising identifiers for tracking
- Contents of your SMS messages (beyond on-device filtering)
- We do not sell personal data
Safari Content Blockers
PhishEye Ad Blocker, Tracker Blocker, and Cookie & Popup Blocker supply static rule lists to Safari. Safari applies those rules on your device. The content blockers do not send browsing data to us.
How We Use Information
URLs sent to our API are used only to score scam / phishing risk and return a result to your device. Optional DNS protection uses AdGuard DNS solely to resolve or block domain names system-wide.
Data Security
Communication with our API uses HTTPS. Our backend is hosted on Google Cloud (Firebase).
Third-Party Services
- Firebase / Google Cloud: Hosts our analysis API and related backend. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- AdGuard DNS: Used only when you enable System-Wide Protection / PhishEye DNS. See AdGuard DNS Privacy Policy.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple and In-App Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
- Google Sign-In (optional): Subject to Google’s privacy policy if you choose that sign-in method.
Children's Privacy
PhishEye is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

These Terms govern your use of the PhishEye application and services provided by Paramount Provisions LLC.
Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using PhishEye, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
PhishEye provides Safari content blockers (ads, trackers, cookie/popup annoyances), optional system-wide DNS protection, Safari scam-site alerts, an optional SMS filter (Pro), and a Share extension for link scanning.
No Guarantee of Protection
No security or ad-blocking tool can guarantee 100% protection. PhishEye is a supplementary layer. Always exercise caution when sharing personal information online.
Subscriptions
PhishEye may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Ad blocking features described as free do not require a subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use PhishEye for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Overload or abuse the analysis API
- Use the service to facilitate phishing or malicious activities
Intellectual Property
PhishEye, its design, code, and branding are the property of Paramount Provisions LLC. All rights reserved.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paramount Provisions LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of PhishEye, including data loss, financial loss, or security breaches that occur despite using the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PhishEye at any time for violation of these terms.

How do I enable Safari ad blocking?
Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions → turn ON PhishEye Ad Blocker, Tracker Blocker, and Cookie & Popup Blocker.
How do I enable scam site alerts?
Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions → PhishEye → Turn On, then set All Websites to Allow.
How do I block ads in Chrome / other apps?
In the PhishEye app, enable System-Wide Protection, allow the system prompt, then turn PhishEye ON under Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → DNS (and VPN if shown).
How do I enable SMS filtering?
SMS filtering requires PhishEye Pro. Then go to Settings → Messages → Unknown & Spam → enable PhishEye.
